MyBrickell construction is in progress. This is the last time to buy in MyBrickell before resales become available at likely higher prices. Approximately less than 15 units remain. MyBrickell is another Related Group project and the construction site is located west of 500 Brickell and south of Brickell on the River South Tower. 10% immediately with reservation,
10% at contract,
20% at ground-breaking,
20% when the project is under construction,
20% when the building is topped off.
The remaining funds are delivered at closing which is expected in October of 2013.
